To help attract and retain female talent, I lobbied for and helped build out a facility for nursing mothers in the Leo Burnett Building. Featuring a shared lounge space and 8 private suites, it was ranked best lactation room in the U.S. by Working Mother Magazine.
The lounge was replicated at the 2019 3% Conference and a second was built to serve more Publicis employees as additional agencies moved into the building.
